McLaughlin's Pie of Tuna Fish
1 small
can of tuna (flaked)
3 eggs
hard boiled
4
medium tomatoes
1 can
mushroom soup
Cornflakes
Directions:
Preheat
oven to 300°F. Lightly grease a pie pan. After boiled
eggs have cooled - remove all the eggshell and slice
thinly. Slice the tomatoes thinly too. (An option
here is to chop the eggs and tomatoes into small pieces
for layering.)
Layer
the ingredients starting with a cover of cornflakes on
the bottom of the pie tin. Put on layers of sliced
eggs, then 1/2 of the Tuna and then sliced tomatos.
Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper to taste. Now coat
the layers with 1/2 can of the mushroom soup.
Repeat the layers with eggs, Tuna, Tomato and the
remaining soup. Cover the top again with Cornflakes.
Bake
for 40 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Let
your Tuna Pie stand for 10 minutes before serving.
