Irish Leprechaun Shortbread
Suggested
ingredients (but feel free to add or change – that’s the
fun of cooking):
1 Cup
of butter
1/2 Cup
of sugar
1/4
Cup of corn flour
1 Cup white flour
Directions: Mix the butter, sugar, white flour and
corn flour. Spread out with a roller and cut into small
rectangles. Bake in the oven until done. These are
excellent when served with Irish coffee.
